Character Design WIP

This is my work-in-progress update for the character design project.

Here are my initial character sketches. I wanted to design a long character that I could later make "wiggle" as a dance movement for the Dance Loop project. While my original idea was to make her pink, I instead chose a bright yellow/orange color scheme and cute accessories (a hat and a bow) to emphasize that she is a happy, bubbly character who just wants to have a good time!

Here is the WIP of the final image that will be animated. The separate layers that will be in the final project are as follows: hat, flower, right eye, left eye, two different smiles, head, body, left arm, right arm, left leg, right leg, five separate bow parts, and the tail.
